PM DS Najib Razak was in Johor yesterday as part of his Chinese New Year celebrations rounds.
It was reported that he made two important announcements -
1. The BR1M financial aid for the needy will be extended to at least two more rounds and the receipients will include the current groups and those who are below 21, single and earning less than RM2k.
2. More affordable houses will be build in urban areas under PR1MA.
Those are good stuff for the rakyat.
What is even more interesting but not reported by the media, I was told, is that Najib was very pleased with Johor BN preparations for the coming general elections.
My source who is from one of the five Umno divisions whose area were considered as "red" and specifically summoned during Najib's meeting with Johor BN leaders said the PM was impressed by the preparedness of the coalition in the State.
Each constituencies, including the "red" areas has its own special plan on how to counter the opposition.
The briefing for Najib by State BN chief Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman was so detailed and complete that at the end of it the PM declared that BN preparations in Johor as being the best. He commended Ghani for going to each of the almost 1,000 "peti undi" areas to rally the troops and addressing the problems for each and every one of the areas.
Ghani had actually done three rounds of visits to the peti undi areas and is going on the fourth focusing on the "critical" areas before the elections.
Pakatan people may think they know what they are doing in Johor, but rest assured Johor BN under Ghani's stewardship knows better.
Big Cat,
Terima kasih.
DeleteCongrats...
ReplyDeleteHehe.

kah..kah..kah.. Woi Bigcat, Gani ni lu punya sugar daddy ke ?? LOL
ReplyDeleteBig Cat small pussy. Can can one get info on affordable housing? Last time, PM said, we can get money easy from Maybank, Bank Islam, CIMB etc buy houses. Instead, I can't get and have to get from AH Long Bank. Is the affordable houses to be built in Stadium Negara/Mederka Site or hill sides like Bkt AntaraInternational?
ReplyDeleteFunny fellow. If bank sudah blacklisted you sebab tak bayar hutang on time.. no matter what PM said, the Credit Officers at the banks will not approve your loan.
DeleteYou can get "easy money" from Maybank, Bank Islam or CIMB only if you're credit worthy. Ini handphone bill pun tak bayar on time. Credit card pun bayar only minimum amount, and not on time. Car loan pun sebulan bayar sebulan tak bayar. How to get loan to buy a house?
With that messed-up financial situation, you simply cannot afford to buy a house. I recommend you continue renting or stay with your parents. AND please pay your landlord all those tertunggak rent!
I wonder when will somebody set-up a database for recalcitrant tenants. Poor house owners having to deal with them all the time. And they keep on jumping house!
What do U mean credit worthy? No hutang and no blacklist but only RM 1K in the saving? How can No1 PM help me and I help him?
DeleteSume akak dh jwb. Yes the thing is very good tpi akak tak jwb satu benda jek. Psl zaki tu. Nape pilih zaki tu ek.
ReplyDeleteParit imam
Pasal si Zaki dgn geng tingkat 4 tu sebenarnya saya dah jawab lebih setahun yg lepas masa dia org mula2 masuk JCorp. Saya pun frust juga dan nak marah kat si Ghani. Tapi lepas check2 rupanya benda tu bukan Ghani punya kerja. Saya nak repeat balik siapa punya kerja benda tu rasa malas lah. Buat sakit hati je. Encik baca balik lah yea posting yang lepas2 tu kalau nak tau sangat.
DeleteOk kak. Timaksh
DeleteParit imam
Sometime it is so sad to see that majority of the Malaysian still need such aid. This just proved that BN had not done a good job to bring up the living standard of Malaysian.
ReplyDeleteso complacent la this umno.
ReplyDeleteWhat complacent UMNO? Can't U c UMNO is using money to help rakyat and rakyat must tolong umno?
DeleteNya beh!!! 1st BR1M i nvn apply as was not qualified, 2nd one i applied...wat de tut...habuk pun tak ada!!! So much for being sincere when smart alec who play de game n get de dough they dunn deserve.
ReplyDeleteM family n i have supporters of de ruling gov all over life, but this time if i do not get wat's due to me rightfully then no vote for anybody.
Most of de rascal were 1 time wit de ruling party b4 them jumped n declare it smelling. Come to think of it it was they who made smelly n changed a new shirt... while de old stayed to clear de mess. so who to blame.
As for myself, i dunn believe in rumors, till i felt it myself or i get de facts from credible sources .
Being a non muslim, nvn had been any issues to me to date, but if they are bias then i m very disappointed.
Allah bungkuskan UMNO ! That's the only bit of good news for Johoreans who are simply tired of the 90:10 rule - UMNO takes 90 and gives you 10.
ReplyDeleteNow they are saying RM500 can go up to RM1,000 if win.
ReplyDeleteIf rakayt gets 1,000 how much the ministers get?? Will they also get the raise??
DeleteBig cat ..
ReplyDeleteGood news indeed if the inflation in Jb could be somehow curtailed .The cost of living in JB is even higher than in Klang Valley or Putrjaya. RM 100 does not go much if you shop in JB I have compared our marketing trip in JB as compared to say Pasar Chow KIt..we have better fill in the basket in Chow Kit comapred to Taman Sri Tebrau or Larkin. Pasar tani is not cheap either comapred to say Putrajaya
A dinnermakan in JB night spot aka warong is anywhere higher than a similar fare and spread in say Pandan KL..I am not talking about taxi services which are cut throat always in JB areas
A parting remark..glad BN is working hard in Johor but we still believe for Ghani Othman, your boss to gracefully go..Three terms is alraedy too long. We want fresh new face, new ideas.Bukan UMNO tak ada muka lain dari Ghani ke? cukup cukup lah...
